Where is nurse carol ann?

After you kill the Toxic Muck Monster where do you find the nurse? I'm lost back at the food court..

If you are in the main hub where the food court is, go up to the balcony on the second story and there should be an elevator there. You will first need to power-up with Toxic Goo(located near the elevator) to get in the elevator and be taken to the Medical level.
