How does lara use healtpacks etc.?

Hi, maybe this is a stupid question but how do i use healtpacks etc.?i looked in the controls option but i couldnt find it.
And how does lara sprint(running very fast)?

Press the Tab Key to display the Inventory. Scroll to Health. Press Enter to Select. Scroll to Health Item. Press Enter to Select. Press Tab again to Use Item or Exit Inventory.

Read your Manual, Page 17 for the PC.

If you are on PS2, its probably in that manual also.

Lara doesn't get the sprint function until Level 18 -- Galleries Under Siege.
