I have one like that on a double size poster, by the same artist. The pic is on the cover is issue #33 (I think). My dad found it at a comic book store.

Mr. Hughes is (supposedly) still working on. He did write and already released three
parter which was pretty good. (TR comics #32, #33, #34)

Issue 32 is the one with the AOD outfit.
Issue 33 is the one with the blue wetsuit.
Issue 34 isn't shown in that link.
The one CS&P posted isn't out yet
I have all the TR comics, but when they publish alternate covers
I'll usually just get the Adam Hughes ones.
