[SPOILER] Questions Regarding Vorador

Uhmm hi ther ! I'm new here so it will take a while to get the ropes neways i dont know if this has been asked already or not but one thought keeps pondering me is that if Vorador has been killed in Blood Omen then how come he's in defiance and blood omen 2 and SR2 (wasnt her there ?)!! Ok i am not sure about SR2 coz i forgot but he's in BO2....and in Definace...so....
I mean the events tht took place in BO:2 are acceptable tho its confusing coz if Kain visited Vorador 1st in BO and then if Vorador got killed in the last part of the game then where did he come from in BO2 ? :confused: did he really die or wht ? wasnt his head decapacitated ? I didnt get to play BO but i know the storyline pretty much and SR1 i didnt finish,SR2 halfway and BO2 i finished and now just got Defiance...well i am a fan of the series but not that hardcore as some ppl here are so can u guys help me out here ? wuld surely help ! thanks again....

well in blood omen 2 kain says in the ending of the game{whoud you like to return to your grave old freind?you are in no hope in matching me}that means that kain somehow restored voredor.

the reason he is still in those games is because of SR2. At the end when raziel goes back to the sarafan stronghold after Janos, Mobeus makes all the sarafan stay to defeat Raziel instead of defeating Vorador as he attacks the circle. Therefore Vorador was not confronted by Malek, as was not caught and killed. and since BO2 is an alternate timeline, Vorador was alive when he should have been killed by malek.

i think their is a thing that you said wrong smokey,because bloodomen2 was 200 after bloodomen1 and the time in bloodomen2 the pillars were collapsed that mean that voredor has been killed already and kain restored him

hey thanks for the info (but) if tht is so are we following the altered TIMELINE in Defiance from SR2 ? mind you i didnt say storyline coz we ALL know that defiance is the 3rd installment of the soulreaver story coz thats when mobeus shifts the timeline making raziel fight instead of Vorador and well the storyline continues from soulreaver and on to SR2 and now Defiance i get that much that the storyline is from that part but what i meant was the ALTERED timeline....is it from SR2 or the timeline from the original blood omen ? and the Blood Omen series is a bit different and about him being in BO2 its highly confusing coz well if he wasnt killed in the final fite with malek (where Raziel fights in SR2) then that is waaaaaaaaaay after the timeline in BO2 so what is the reason for him to b in BO2 ? and i didnt see any hint saying kain revived Vorador coz he was part of the cabal when kain joins in....:confused:

The impression I have of the timeline is that in Blood Omen 1, Vorador is killed. In Soul Reaver 2, it ends with Kain back in time 500 years before Vorador is killed. I think that Blood Omen 2 is a flashback of Kain's altered memory because they changed the timeline, so he's remembering something that has chronologically happened between Blood Omen 1 and Soul Reaver 1. He must have resurrected Vorador somehow before the Sarafan Lord defeated him, because Vorador is in the opening. In Defiance, Raziel is in the time frame of Blood Omen 1, but right before Vorador's death, so he can meet Vorador without it being an inconsistancy.

and oh one more omnious Q ! uhmm well in SR2,Raziel sees these murals depicting a war with vampires (i forgot most of it) and in Defiance (till what i have played) he sees these murals and did he say the war was with werewolves ??? and he said they were the ORIGINAL vampires of Nosgoth...well those blue winged dudes who forged the reaver...so it likely relates to Raziel...so when he was a LT of Kain and when he grew the wings...was he elvolving to one of those original vamps ? and if tht is so...if raziel wasnt struck down for growing those wings how could he possibly imbue with the reaver ? only after he turned into his current form that he and the reaver got glued together lol....its mindboggling.....and if the original winged vamps made the reaver for their saviour or whtever u call it surely they didnt mean it to be like their saviour wuld turn into something like this (raziel in current state) so what the hell is actually going ON ? :confused: :confused: :confused:

ok....so that means raziel has been sent BACK from his time to 500years earlier right ? in order to be in the BO1 timeline...but he sez he missed 500 years...so what does that state ?

The original Vampires were the blue-skinned figures with angelic, bird-like wings. They were fighting the Hylden. I don't remember any reference to werewolves. The prophecies weren't very clear regarding the saviour, so perhaps it was misinterpretted. Also, Kain is different from other Vampires because he was raised by Mortanius after dying, so Raziel is different too. The storyline is very intricate and complex. After you win the game, if it still doesn't make sense, there's a thread (I forget the title) where Blincoln relays several of Amy's answers to frequently asked questions about the series, but there are spoilers.

Thanks for all the info...now i can (hopefully) play the game in some peace...if only the camera worked better...oh well thats another story...and did anyone get the pc cheats ? is there any camera hack or something like that ? and i really need the pc cheats coz i wanna play with the toon chars....thanx again ppl !:D ;) :cool:
