Help On Illigal Operations

Im getting so damn pist off i cant even run the damn game when i start the game it starts loading Right and then an Illigal Operation THingy Pops out then it shuts down then my Mouse and Keyboard Locks UP Grrrrr sometimes if im Luky to run it i go to Multiplayer mode and i go to any server and man it keeps giving me this erors NYCStreets Version Mismatch damn and i even installed the latest Multiplayer Patch man im getting so damn pist off

Well I got a Nvidia Vanta LT 8 MB it used to WOrk Fine with Dues EX but now it does but here my Other Specs


AMD Anthlon 1 GHZ
768 MB PC-133
Maxtor 30 GB ATA 133
Sony 52X
HP 24X12x48x
Compaq 5000US but in 2 days im getting Dell XPS System
