Xbox loch ups

I finnly was able to trade a bad DX IW for a good disc. now i get frequent lock ups. Does anyone else have this trouble on there Xbox?

sum1 is gonna get thier ass kicked or get fired coz DX:IW looks to have been released a year or so too early. Obviousely the PC version needs ALOT of work and if the x-box keeps up this crap... it'll need alot of work aswell. DX:IW is one game... truely messed ...
