help stuck in lvl 4

Help The tunnle to the NFS warehouse is not open. I can ghost through and continue the mission on the other side. but when i ghost back to speak to paul in the hotel he justs sits there and I can not continue the game. I might have missed a cutsceen or something. Anyone know how to fix this?

I had exactly the same problem yesterday when playing I was playing through again.

I couldn't get through that tunnel because it was blocked off. I'm not entirely sure what I did to fix this error but what I did was go back up to Paul and keep talking to him, then I went to the tavern and talked to everyone there. Next thing I know I went back and suddenly the tunnel was open!

So you could try pestering everyone in Hell's Kitchen and hope that the tunnel will open. That's all the advice I can give you.

where is the tunnel? the only things i could get was the elevator in that store basement.
