Can't play, I'm stuck!

I can't play Deus Ex IW, there is an error message said need Pixel Shaders 1.1 or more inorder to play, I don't know what's wrong with my laptop

My laptop is:
Toshiba Satellite 2410
Intel P4 1.8GHz
256 Mb RAM
30GB HD
GeForce4 420 32Mb

Can anyone tell me how to make it work please

You have an MX card. MX cards are unsupported. You can cheaply upgrade to a GeForce 4 Ti 4200.
