Low performance

I have a Pentium 2.4,512 ddr, GeForce FX 5600 128, I tried to run it in high...I have not words, in midium (the same), in low the same!... In fact, I cannot run it. I also downloaded the patch 1.1, I noticed a little difference but it continues without being able to run, I'm not requesting for a PERFECT(HIGH) performance (all my games run in high) I just want to run it, doesn't matter if it will do it with bad graphs... my point is... the designers of the game will work to adapt the performance to these cards? or another patch would not fix it? that's all thanks and Merry Christmas

i have the same problem whit a faster computer... the game is bad programed thats why the performance is low.

Have you tried some tweaks listed in this thread (http://forums.eidosgames.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=29810)? There are a couple of tweak guides linked to there that are worth a try.
