Alternate HUD?

I was searching www.moddb.com to see is there where any mods out for Deus Ex : Invisible war, and I came across 2 weird screen shots with a HUD, that was similar to the original game, which to me, looks much better then the consolesk one they have now.

What is this? Can I access this, or is this from an old apha version.

Some other people have agreed with you. Unfortunately, as far as I know these arent accessible in the game, they were older versions of the HUD from an earlier phase of development, they were eschewed in favor of the glorious UI we have now, which is supposed to be more organic or something :confused:

I take it no-one's bothered to point out till now that there's 8 augs (oh, sorry, biomods :rolleyes: ) and five weapon slots in those screenshots....

I dunno, just something I noticed.

I noticed the augs, but the weapon slots are still too few (there are 6 now, I think). I hope they bring back 10 in the patch, as it doesn't really change the gameplay much and makes it easier to swap items.
