Is there a DXIW tweak tool in English?

I've been trying to find a dxiw teak tool, but the only hits I get are in languages other than english.

Can someone point me to a tweak tool written in english?

The one that is posted is from a non english site, but the tool itself has the option to display buttons in english.

Nah it says right on the box I got, not for sale outside north america.. I never knew it was not out elsewhere.. Nor did I really understand the big deal, I mean why isn't it allowed to be sent overseas?
