In hell's Kitchen, before going to the NSF HQ, I shot Paul to make him hostile and make him chase me to the first floor of the Ton Hotel. Then, blocked the stairs with trash can, bags, etc, so he counldn't get upstairs (dont' know if this unnecessary), the I go to NSFHQ, do what Paul asked and returned. Tried to talk to him but he wouldn't react. So I went to Paul's room to check if there was another Paul (kind like what happens with JoJo)... and then... Check out. Funny Reloaded-like fight with the MIBs.
BTW: I read somewhere in this forum that you can refuse to send the distress signal as Paul asks and the the game ends, IS THIS TRUE? IF SO, HOW DO YOU DO IT, I tRIED BUT COULDN'T.

Nay. I'm almost certain there is no way to refuse to send Paul's message. Think about it, the only way to fail any other event in the game and get the equivalent of a "game over" message is by dying.

I did it once. I think if you go to the NSF base and go through all that stuff and then go back to Paul without sending it, he tells Paul he won't send the message and you essentially lose, but it doesn't say game over.

I finally made it. Tried different combinatios of action and the one that turned out to be right was checkin only the 2nd. datacube in the basement (the one that is on the server ?, not the one on the shelf where the prod ammo and stuff are). But after getting back to Paul, he only said something like "OK, I guess from now on we must go by different roads. I wish I could convince you..." but the game doesn't stop. If you try to talk to Paul again he starts to say "they opened the street behind the bar" over an over again. I went to Battery Park (Jock's supposed to pick you and Paul there) to check out what was the situation there. There were Navarre and Gunther but couldn't interact with them. Cheated again and found Jock's helicopter, and when I tried to talk to him only said "I'm not leaving here until I know Paul is OK".
Well... that's it. Not that intersting but...
I put put tons of LAMs and gas nades everyware in that map. When they spawn, BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP KAAAAAAAAAAAAABOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
