Questions on augmentations

A couple of questions regarding the effective use of augmentations.

Is there a way to release the Spy Drone without setting off the EMP pulse (or letting bio energy run down) which seems to be attracting the attention of enemies?

When is the best time to use the Power Recirculator? Should I limit it only to augs which consume much energy quickly?

Any hints?

1. Turn off the Aug.
2. At your discretion. Its best to use it for the power-suckers though, becaues the recirculator itself uses 10BE a minute (or somthing)

1. *slaps forehead* Why didn't I think of that?

2. Suppose I'll need to experiment. Augs were easy when I only had four or so of them, now I have the full assortment it is difficult to keep them all in mind.
