ok i thought we were going to be told how he stays alive in Defiance. Maybe i missed it but i never saw anything about how he is still alive UNLESS when mobius says that he has eldued him for the time being. Perhaps that means that Raz's interference in his mansion allowed Vorador to escape?
anyone?

No, mobius says later in the game "We have him, but not with out a substancial blood loss. Let it sustain him until he is beheaded"

Here is the way I see it, since Kain and Raziel each had their at killing Moebius at the end, Moebius never kills Vorador, since he said he would wait. Although some people have argued that EG raises Vorador, why he would do that is beyond my comprehension though.

No. Lesnar, you are way off.
By the time Moebius is killed by elder Kain, the Pillars have already collapsed, which mean young Kain had already killed Moebius after witnessing Vorador's execution (since that was before he refused the sacrifice). It was Moebius that EG ressurected shortly after young Kain killed him and that was how he got to the spirit forge in the Vampire Citadel for old Kain to kill him (followed by Raziel reaving his soul).
Vorador was still beheaded as in BO1. His being alive in BO2 is still unexplained.

so basically vorador is still dead and we were not tolod how he is still alive in bo2

basically. And so I wouldn't say "still alive", since that implies we stayed that way the whole time through. Whatever the explanation for his being alive Vorador has to die to Moebius's army, or else Kain is not the last Vampire in Nosgoth (to his knowledge) when he refuses the sacrifice.
I know about Janos, but Kain didn't. His decision was fueled by the fact that his death would wipe out the Vampire race, and remember that if he did sacrifice and die, then Janos could not be alive then because of where Raziel got the HoD from. Or that it was even Raziel who gave it to him.

Vorador exicution might have been orcrestrated by the Elder God or Moebius inorder to get Kain to refuse the sarfice. Remember Kain refused the sarfice inorder to perserve the vampiric race. He had to beleave that Vorador was dead. Moebius faked Voradors death. That what I think will end up being the explination.

If you supply any explanation at all it must include Vorador dying. He DOES die at the end of BO1 and Defiance by Mobieus' mob beheading him. In BO2 Kain remarkd that he is "back form the grave" or something along those lines. This implies he dies and was brought back somehow, not he avoided death or it was faked.

Moebius and the Elder God gain nothing by Kain refusing the sacrifice. They do not want the pillars collapsing and the Hylden returning (they are not big fans of EG, you know?) and they want the Vampires extinct, so that all the souls in Nosgoth would be spinning in the wheel again. They want Kain to make the sacrifice. If anything, they'd be better off executing Vorador and not letting Kain know about it, not the total opposite.
