I AM IN THE LEVEL,WHERE THERE IS A METAL WALL THAT GOES UP ND DOWN, AND WATER LEVEL GOES UP AND DOWN...I DONT KNOW HOW TO TIME IT TO GET PAST EITHER ONE OF THEM..CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.....

Are you in a city or in a canyon or what? I am going to need a little more detail to locate you so I attempt to help. :)

i am in the sewers under the city....thanks dave

Did you position the crate to keep the door open? If so, then go back to the room where you need to turn the levers (turn them to drop the water) and rush out back to the water room. From here ( I pretty much took a leap of faith) try to remember where the walkway is and jump a little farther on it towards the stairs to save some time. Then rush up the stairs.

Well the only other option is to continue walking back into the water room and drop down to the walkway and run as fast as you can up the stairs. I sure hope you are hurrying out of the valve room to make it to the walkway and allow yourself enough time before the water rises again.
