problems in the giant of haiphong

well, the problem is this: I am in the end of the level BUT I simply CAN´T make my commandos stand on the aircraft carrier. Lupin is the only one that could climb that crane but I couldn´t make him lower the rope ladder in any part of that aircraft carrier. WHERE is the point that the rope ladder lowers? How can the others commandos climb that aircraft carrier? Help.....

It's where an enemy sniper stood. If you look closely, you'll see ladder lying there, rolled up. Shift+Click on it.

man, this prob made me crazy when i played this level for the first time. luckely i found it pretty fast and i felt great:)
