Need Help With Local Network Game

We have a Local Network with 2000 members in it.
So how can we play Comm3 if:

my IP **.***.*.*
opponent IP **.***.*.*

I didn't find Direct Connect in the game.

Plese help.

I don't have the game but I think there should be an option to choose lan, then type in your IP adress if you host the game. Your opponent needs to type in your IP as well if you host it.

This is local IP's.
But there is no Direct Connect in the game menu.
There is no place to enter IP.
IP's:
10.105.1.1
10.105.2.1
Or:
192.168.1.1
192.168.2.1

Please help somebody.
