Hi people...
i was just thinking....
Moebius staff doesnt disable raziel, but it does disable is wraith blade, and the wraith blade is raziels soul. So, maybe, it inst raziel the one that gets sucked into the blade, but turel, or kain. In the official site, it says "...wich only one of them may survive ..."

Turel and Kain don't feed on souls though... just Raziel

i think, the reason 'cuz the staff of moebius didn't diseable raziel is 'cuz raziel is a no-live no-dead character, and the wraith blade is the soul of raziel after his dead. (my english is terrible, sorry if something that i wrote do not understand, send me a reply and i will try to write better).

This topic seems strangely familiar from somewhere else...

n00b here. :P

I think the reason Moebius' staff doesn't disable Raziel is because he's like a loop-hole. See the Reaver is a vampiric weapon, and while the spirit of the wraith blade is Raziel's it's still a BLADE. It's not like Raz's soul was freed from the blade, his soul and the blade became one entity. So at least part of the wraith blade is still vampiric, and it's possible that Raz's soul itself is vampiric. While Raz's mortal form is formed from matter all around him, and is more demon than vampire, meaning that his body wouldn't be harmed.

Or I could be some insane ranting n00b, who knows? ;)

well, I think that it is simply because the wb comes from the blood reaver, which was vampiric in nature, so maybe that vampiricness got attached to it.
