My Tomb Raiders won't work!

I have just currently brought a 120 Gig hard drive so I can have more space and upgraded to Windows XP Pro, problem is, now my Tomb Raider games won't install nore run properly, is there anyway I can fix this except for down grading my windows? such as a patch maybe? please help me someone :(
