Well, it seems I may be posting in here more often than I planned... these computer classes are mind-numbing and they're makin' me sit through 'em even though I already know how to do all the stuff. Anyways... just lettin' everyone know to start makin' it more lively in here!! :p  lol... Well, I look forward to talkin' with you guys again, I've REALLY missed you.... my life's felt empty without your presence (mostly in mocking me, but oh well... you take what you can get... rofl)

c'mon - post back, dammit!... lol

[edit]blah - and I want my status back, too!  lol

Glad you're back.

Gots to watch out for that edumacation stuff: I hear it can be terribly addicitive...

Hey, you get to play with computers, how boring can it be? Do the assignments in the first 5 minutes of class, go help the seksi girls with theirs, then h4X0r the world in the remaining 40 min!

Ahh... Naz', what you doing in your pootie classes? My brother is doing a course and is moaning just like you. Seems you gotta sit through months of crap you pick up naturally through basic use of computers!

What else you been doing? :)

Out of the three computer courses that I've taken, only one was new and challenging - C++. The other two were so exhausting and boring that I didn't even care what grade I got - I mean, I knew everything I was being taught. I was an undergrad then, so I skipped those classes a lot. Most classes that were not challenging to me I didn't ace. I usually got a B+ or lower due to attendance (and probably lack of enthusiasm). I'm over that now, of course. Getting back to the point, they're pretty boring even if they are challenging.

The only computer course I took that I enjoyed was a class using Macromedia Director. Learning the program, the teacher and other people taking the class were a blast. Of course it was an all day, week long course....the kind I like. At this point in my career, if the course goes over 2 weeks, gives tests and quizzes then I don't sign up. But then I already have my degrees and can pick and choose.

A univeristy I am very interested in is Montana State University. They offer courses like Fly Fishing that also incorporates entomology into the curriculm. A class I am anxious to take is studying mountain ecology on horseback. The course also teaches low impact camping with horses. Novel approach to education.

littlek decides she will try and insert the MSU website into her post. "Lessee.....press this button...type that in.....press Ok....now lets see if it worked.".

Nope....how about this: [URL=[URL=http://www.montana.edu/URL] ]MSU (http://www.montana.edu/URL)

well kinda sort of....;)

OK the link does not go to the site....hmmmm...try again
