you can't skip them, you can select them. but if you select a level you start without any ammo/health

you can select levels by starting up MS-DOS - click 'start', 'programs', it's in there somewhere.
then type this in:

cd\
cd progra~1
cd eidosi~1
cd traod
bin\traod -selectlevel

if you've done that, you'll get a window that has all the levels displayed - just select the one you want.
