Listning in on WSimons NSF interigation

After my 3rd play through i found out if you listen in long enought to WSimons inretiagtion he then kills the 2 NFS guys with a buckshot! Anyway i found if you chuck a gas grenade near the door WSimons opens it and you can go in and stop him from shooting the prisoners!

i prefer to then kill the prisoners and he (and the men in black guys) gives you a lecture on not shooting prisoners.
