After returning from hells kitchen i found sharon sitting down outside the toilets, she says theirs a secret hatch in alex's office? i have played the game many times through and i still cant find no hatch.

It's not hard to find. Go into the room, turn right and there is a table infront of you, walk to the other side of it and look down.
