These never work...lol...and that fact that you think Crystal Dynamics will ruin/spoil TR because they are American...Oh Iam not even gonna waste my time....

The behind the scenes story is entirely different. Eidos have apparently narrowly escaped two profit warnings, on account of the latest Tomb Raider's belated time in development and luke warm critical feedback. Neither are what you want from your flagship product.

No, I won't sign your petition. It is, as has been stated, a done deal.

Eidos has Core Design by the balls.

And let's face it, Eidos has us (and our wallets) by the balls. Why? Because Eidos has Tomb Raider and Lara by the balls. Ahem.

And each time they squeeze, we may yelp, but all of us know that our favorite game could become gaming history if Eidos was stupid enough to do it.

So we'll buy Tomb Raider 7: The Clone Engine.

We'll buy Tomb Raider Karting (your favourite tomb raider characters, go head to head in this fun racer).

We'll even buy Future Tomb Raider : With some interactive menus.

Some may say that Lara is to become no more than a cash whore being pimped by a corporate overlord. I say its already a done deal.

I tend to agree with the former, or rather "what some may say". It's a sad truth, but a very real one.

Plus, my mixed emotions aside, I know that this move has excited alot of fans who are anxiously waiting to see what new life it may breathe into the series.

I wouldnt buy a TR no matter what, my collection of TRs does not include TRChronicles or TR3(I did buy TR3 and sold it again) because they were crappy.
