I've downloaded the new Defiance clip for EidosInteractive.com but I can only get sound. Is there a codex or video player I need before I can use it. Any help would be appreciated.

Try downloading the quicktime player again from http://quicktime.apple.com/ - if you've got an older version, you're missing some of the codecs.

Or is this one in Windows Media format?

It's the wmv version. Does that matter?
