While viewing Captain Alban's Tomb Raider site I came across a interesting interview he had with Jeremy Smith. One question he asked that doesn't read to clear is if AOD will have vehicles, answered replied by Smith....."Perhaps"

So, after hearing some comments reguarding no vehicles in AOD this might be good news after all.

I wouldn't be surprised, it would be a nice touch to an already great looking game.
Although what vehicles? Moterbike? Cars? I'd personally like to see something fresh and fun.
And for once.. A vehicle that you have a little freedom with, not some cramped up little area with no room.

If the game does have vehicles maybe it's a LandRover or type of SUV. Mabey there is a chase scene!

My first thought was "Hang Glider!" but I think any flying vehicle would be great.

Just as an off-the-wall connection, I remember playing this elaborate arcade game (at the Luxor Las Vegas,) where you sat on this bicycle-like thing in front of a bigscreen monitor. Your onscreen character was in an ultralight-type flying machine, with a propellor powered by your pedaling. It was a complete blast of complete freedom - you could fly anywhere (but
the object was to tag big red balloons,) diving, climbing, turning, speeding up, slowing down.

A flying machine is maybe overdue for Lara - or maybe an outer-space vehicle. Lara on the Moon!

vehicles in AOD isn't really a concern for me. to be onhest it doesn't need them. remember the original? that was arguable the best Tomb Raider (apart from the graphics) and that didn't have a single playable vehicle in it. i think AOD will be the same, not that im saying i wouldn't like vehicles but i think they shouldn't be included just for the sake of it. maybe if after the first game there is a greater demand for vehicles they can be included in the next episode.

I would like one of the vehicles to be Lara's Norton Streetfighter motorcycle. When you watch her ride it in the TR cutscenes it looks like a lot of fun. And over the past 5 games, we've never been able to ride it!!

The motorcycle in The Last Revelation came kind of close, but it STILL wasn't Lara's bike.
