Can someone please Give Me Some Advise on to generate $30.000 in profit and get the value of the resort up to 4 stars and above. I have just about tried every thing is there something I am Missing?? Hints please

raise the rent of the buildings at 220$ and after a while build some more acommodation buidings

to get the 4 stars rating...check often the structures that you have with the mechanics, and build 4-5 lifeguard towers...and close the beaches when sharks appear!
