Preventing loss of performance playing AOD

I don't Know if everybody have this problem, but several hour after playing TR:AOD, the game becames too slow, almost unplayable...
Solution: Save game and exit to desktop, wait until Windows deletes temp files (I suggest restart PC). Next time you play, the game returns to smoth play :-)

Good solution. Also helps if you defragged your hard drive and have about 1/5 of it free space.
