Strahov error

I got this error every time i go down the vent after sawing it or just going to the area with lasers on it.

Tried everything I read here install, re-install patch and with out patch. with new driver with old drivers.. I'm totally lost here..

My system is:
AMD Athlon 1.2 266
512 MB PC266 DDR
32 MB Geforce2 nvidia
PCI 128 SB Live
Win 98
everything is ok in Dxdiag
