In "The Docks" were is this secert stash?

I'm playing the Thief 2 version of the Docks not Thief Gold.I'm looking for this gaurds secrt stash and can't find it.Were is it?Also,by the ship,near the crane there are 2 maetal doors.The one on the left with the zombie parts in it I can open.It's the one on the right I can't open.How do I open it and is the garuds secrt stash in there?

In the room you CAN open you have to break the boards up on the ceiling and rope arrow up to the passage over the other room :D
