Problem

I've been playing Startopia for a while but today this problem occured: the game runs slowly, skipping frames and slurring music. I have DirectX 8a, Patch 1.01b and an advanced machine (Pentium 3, Windows ME). I love the game and can't play it now...HELP ME!

Hmmmm... going to need a little more info on this one.

-Have you changed any bit of hardware recently?

-Do other Direct3D games work fine? (i.e. not OpenGL-based ones such as Quake, Half-Life, etc)

-Does DXDiag give you any useful information? (stuff not working, etc)

-Have you read through the technical FAQ and checked if any of the answers help?
