In all the TR games i've played never have i seen Lara.
1/ Take a bath.
2/ Eat.
3/ Use the loo. (not that i ever wanted to SEE her use it)

She needs to take better care of her self.;)

Lara needs to hire someone who will remind her to do those things eat drink, shower cause she must stink a shocker and the loo man she really has a great bladder.
