Need some help...

I'm in the basement of the Hall of Seasons, I have all four of the crystals, but I can't interact with the door to head down to the furnace..

Did I miss something somewhere?

ur suppose to put the 4 crystall on the main floor, where u first started, u need to put them under the 4 paintings.
