As should you, it would seem. Great Britain comprises England, Wales, and Scotland, while the United Kingdom (shortened from the 'United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland) encompasses Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The Republic of Ireland is an independant nation-state.

We really don't know exactly how the world would be if different countries won each war. There would also be a different amount of wars too, obviously. In that case, we don't know for sure what countries would be speaking what.
