As much as i have been playing this game i never noticed that i cant use the maps?...It clearly says map in my items list but nothing happens when i click on it,Im not sure if thats a bug or if im doing something wrong??Has this happened to anyone else??..Just wondering...

Maybe it's just an item like a scroll or something. I did notice a 'you are here' map on the Paris Ghetto level though. You can click on it and see where things are.

Yes thats true,You can use those maps but im talking about the maps in your items list...Ill give you an example the level where you have to place the bomb on the pipe and then jump into the water...Well right before you place the bomb Lara says "i better check my map"but when you go into your items list and click on the map icon nothing happens??.....

yes that is true... i even tried to look at my maps and nothing happened... however there is some good news... in the same room where you have to place the explosive there are 2 possible places to blow the wall...one on the ground closest to where you entered and the other farther right...i've tried them both and they go to the same area...i actually never got to look at those maps though...it may be a glitch or something like when i fell through the floor in the parisan ghetto and never landed, or the screen went black and the cords were perfectly in...if anyone finds out let me know ok

Sometimes you can not use maps in a building. Maybe is that the problem? Try it outdoors sometime.
