I can't remember the last time I had a game crash on me. It crashed on me twice in the Serpent Rouge. Ugghh... Anyone else experience crashes anywhere else?

I am getting seriously discouraged by these crashing noises. I mean if it crashes, you have to restart the console again, load up again and reach where you were before. OMG, havent seen that happening in any of the games on ps2 ever.
Brian: You are not the only one whos had this problem. Others here have complained about it too.

Well i live in Europe and we don't heve the game yet but since you mentiones crashes, the only game to ever crash on me was "The Getaway" and both times i knew it would. The first time i kept pressong the skip briefing and the mission briefing almost together and the game just crashed and the other i got the fastest car in the game and reached take off speed in a road filled with houses and jammed with cars, a crash was expected both the times.
And if by the way you are complaining about some bugs in A.O.D (lets's face it all T.R. games have the exact same bugs) then whatever you do don't play Enter the Matrix. The game refuses to load certain levels if you use somecheats or if you save too often during on level (The entire Airport chain of levels) it has driven people mad cause they first thought it was the disc and they swapped for up to 5 times and the problem remained, some have even swapped PS2s and the problem wouldn't go away, till one day Atari cleared it. So don't you ever complain about a crash or two especially in a T.R. game lol

Brian a few other people on this forum have posted about crashes as well so you are not the only one. I think a few members are going to return the PS2 version and swap it for a PC one.
If you are greatly annoyed by the crashes and have a descent computer that could handle AOD then i would suggest you do the same.
I cant gaurantee that the PC wont crash on you but if it does you ussually have more options of preventing another crash (patches, configuration etc) where as on a PS2 you really cant do much bout the crashes.

You cant do anything about crashes or any other issue on a console. You are stuck with what ya got. You can argue about controls or sitting where you want, but PC games rule. I dont expect there will be much difference in the pc version however. I think it's funny that this game was delayed over and over and now that it was finally released some people are saying the game was rushed. The ps2 version does suck, and the pc version will probably suck too. but at least on pc you can get patches.
