Why is it, when I make a topic, no one replies to it? Maybe it's because I make them all at least two paragraphs long with some obscure header and even more miniscule topic? Hrm, maybe no one here likes .hack//sign or Arthur C. Clarke (Excluding the StarTopians). Maybe they dislike our StarTopian style of speech and RPGs? Maybe, maybe. . .
(Gee, maybe I could find a more miniscule topic next time?)

Maybe I should include a link to free, erm, "Pictures to attract other forum members to my threads? No, maybe I should just brain-wash you all instead? Wouldn't you just love to be part of my new empire? Wouldn't you?

What is it with people who can tolerate misunderstood humour these days? Do remember this is a forum that is seperate from the woes of every-day life, and that believing what a person says here is nothing like what they would say in real life some times. To judge a person truely bad what a few consice sentences based on electronic messages is to base them on bad karma that is formed merely by viewing the cover of that person from a person who cannot see past that sometimes.

I have nothing against humor on this forum (as many people might tell you ;)), but it's all in how it's delivered. Like the post you made, that might appeal only to Startopians and they'd be the only ones who really understand it. What is everyone else who's in the dark about that joke going to do?
If you're going to make a humorous comment, it needs to be something universal, not biased towards only a select few individuals on the board. Just loosen up is all I really have left to say.

Trust me, you don't want to speak to a truely serious Exitium. That would be traumatizing. First of all, think man who thought how to end World suffering but no one would listen to him.

If you want to reach an audience, sell them something they want.
Or find a market-place with the necessary demand in waiting.

If this is made well, it could, potentially, be a great film. So long as they dont spoil it like they did with 2010.

It even might end up lost in the wind, like the plans for the 3001: The Final Odessey ended up. I have, little confidence in movie producers now days. . .

I have little confidence in producers as well, but I have
plenty of confidence in Morgan Freeman.
He did get Deep Impact made. (based on Clarke's Hammer of the Gods)

Is that the authoritarian style that characterized your last RPG topic? If that was it, then I don't like that style, yeah. ;)
