Custom Textures - color error

I've been working with some custom textures lately, but can not, for the life of me, get the darn things to work - the textures load, only they are in bizzare colors!! Am I supposed to load a specail pallette, or something? :confused:
Please help!! :)

YEah you need to load the Thief palette..what program are you using?

Hehehe, nevermind - I just loaded the Thief Pallette, and PRESTO!! SUCSESS!! :) Thanks anyways. :)
