I've gone through it all in MapMaker, first my 6th stage, Fuse Blow gets corrupted, then stage 8's Logic won't work. I wanted "Timer1 reaches 2:00 - Stop Timer1, Kill Enemy 3" and "Switch 7 Activated, Enemy 3 NOT killed - FAIL" what's the deal?????????
First of all, you didn't need to post two new topics. You could have made your second topic ("Chronic MapMaker Failure") a follow-up to this one.
Second of all, I've also had that problem. I've found that it sometimes screws up the logical operations if you're low on memory (Turning Objective Failed into Objective Complete, vice-versa, and the sort.). However, I've also found a makeshift way of preventing this. Name ALL of your Logical Operations. Don't leave it as "Logic Operation 1." Name it. It works for me.

Again with the corrupt save games, just load it up again and it will work. If it doesn't, you probably stuffed up your console or memory card or whatever. You can't do anything about it! Make the map again.
Wityh the game logic, I haven't had any problems with it at all.
Maybe you haven't highlighted certain things and stuff.
