Assault tower bug

I'm in the last mission and I'm using the 'strategy' to attack the fortress with my assault tower full with archers to quickly kill his archers. But when I pull my tower back to repair it, I can't repair it unless there are soldiers in it. If not the infantry simply refuses to repair the tower :confused:

I believe I might have found another "bug" with the assault tower.
I was playing the "Land Lost in the Mist " mission.
I was moving my assault towers forward; catapult was in the way, but instead of going around the cat., or stopping, the tower went right through it.
The tower actually stopped on top of the catapult; parts of the cat. were still visible too.
