I have entered the building on the second floor and found the target. HOWEVER the targe is not real. He is a FLAT figure. He does not move, i have shot him and nothing happens. Is my game screwed up? If so how do I fix it?

Your game is fine. You have been duped by your target. Did you get shot at while approaching the building? Probably. Cardboard cutouts can't shoot a gun. Right?

It might also disappoint you to know that you rifle is loaded with blanks. The only thing its useful for is scaring people and thumping guards. ;)

Stick you head out in the open for about 2 seconds and you find out the hard way. Get in close to the building as fast as you can and keep out of his line of fire. He's an assassan clone as well, and his shooting is pretty good. ;)
