View Full Version : Janos and the Seer:

This might seem slightly amusing, but I think it could be a valid theory:
Janos = Adam
Seer (Hylden) = Eve
Elder = Serpant
Curse = Fruit
Both Janos and the Seer are cursed, Janos blames the Hylden (except for the Seer), the Hylden and get banished and somehow the curse spreads through the whole of the Antient Vampires race.

Scathach are you Irish?

I'm part French.

Nope, I was born in Birmingham, England (the place where JRR lived and based LotR, from my classroom you can see the two towers, but lets not go into that :D)
I'm a third Irish, however.
Is this because i'm interested in the Celts? Why is it that whenever you start to go on about the Celts everyone always assums that your Irish (or Scotish)?

I'm a great lover but nobody assumes I'm French...

You hadn't said anything about being a great lover, dear, so how were we to know. *hides her face so VW can't see her s******ing*

No, it's just because it looks like Irish in your latest signature.

Is this theory meant to be taken from a purely allegorical standpoint? If so then I daresay it makes a little bit of sense... I don't necessarily agree with it, but I can see the point you're trying to make.
That being said- Things Willow is commonly mistaken for:
A girl
A teenager
A middle-aged person
That's in the digital world.
And I'm a God... but nobody assumes that I'm Greek.

I still think this stories Adam and Eve is Nupraptor and Ariel.
How can there be balance in a circle that has lovers?
Scathach
02-18-2003, 01:30 PM
Yeah Warp, I mean, isn't the Balance Guardian surposted (sp?) to be the fair leader of the Circle? I imagian that if she was sleeping with the pillar of the mind (now there's an interesting mentel image *shudders*) then she wouldn't be very fair. Would she?
Stupid Ariel.
VegetaWorshipper

Ariel's a *****. She knows more than she ever lets on, she tricked Kain into doing her dirty work, the list goes on.
She doesn't seem very balanced to me.
Scathach

And she's only got half a face.
If it's something to do with being Balance guardian, then why dosn't Kain have only half a face? Odd.

....................You are all sons(and in some cases, daughters) of a silly person.
Oh, and VW, about people not assuming you are French, just go a few weeks without shaving various parts of your upper body or legs. Once you look like you have Prince Vegetable Boy in a headlock, they'll get the idea. And as for being a great lover, how do you know that? Who told you? Besides, you are friggin 16 years old, according to your profile. (exasperated sigh)....Kids these days........where were the girls like VW when Angel was in high school?.........( I sincerely hope I do not have to borrow Umah's sarcasm tags for this post......I really don't want to have to start paying her royalties for the things)

Hey! I resent that demon fangirl statement. I'm not a demon, i'm just humanly challenged.

I resent that!
True, adolescents my age will tend to dramatize things, but it's because it's at around ages like mine where we go through changes, and, we really like to enjoy emotions and such. Some say that it's nothing but puppy love that we feel, that we over react.
Well, if it is true (compared to an adult), then it is only because we cannot exceed our emotional capacity, we are still growing.
Then again, I have a tendancy to take things too seriously.
Returning to the topic, I really think that the author of this thread's theory is off by far. No offence.

Indeed, the theory is a bit of a mess... I'd expect this from Turel the King... the little dear that he is...

I wasn't specifically saying the Seer and Janos were a couple. What I meant was Janos could have been the first vampire to be cursed and that maybe the ancients were cursed before the pillars were built. I beleive there may have been a mistake made by the ancients and while not evil, they may be in part responsible. If it was something like Janos wanted to live forever and the Elder tricked him and then the ancients ended up cursed, then blamed the Hylden cause they didn't know it was the Elder. Then the dead ancients were turned into demons like falled angels supposedly are, Janos becoming the most dangerous of them upon his returing from death (by heart of darkness). The bit about the Seer was just me trying to fit her in with the story and I thought about the Hyldens banishment, then Adam and Eves banishment. If they were the first to be cursed, then that would be like they were the first of their race (or at least species). Maybe the ancients also rigged the pillars to banish themselves if and when they were turned into demons. Anyway, apart from the Seer's role and the wanting to live forever part, I don't think it was that rediculous (sp?).

That's from when she was killed, apparently he cut off half her face. Probably to be symbolic.

Whose he? Mortanius (was that spelt right? Meh)?
Well, i've never played BO so I wouldn't know about that. *shrugs* I always thought that it had something to so with being Balance Guradian.

Mortanius was the necromancer who resurrected Kain. That's all I know. Although I am vagely aware that he is somehow connected to the Pillars and their Guardians.

Mortanius was the Guardian of the Pillar of Death. And Mortanius is the 'he' I was refering to.
