Were is Gear in Japanese Snow Mission?

I have been exploring all over the above ground areas of the large snowing Japanese compound with the various high guard towers and have in fact cleaned out a lot of the underground tunnels. However I never did find the gear that was supposed to be in the truck.

I found a crossbow against one wall near one truck at the very start of the mission but there was nothing else there.

Where's the gear or did the sweet talking boss shaft me!

What gear? Don't remember any gears. :confused:

The crossbow is the only gear in this mission. View the map it will tell you where the weapons are, The red icon.

What weapons are in your inventory ? If the Silenced 9mm is not in your inventory but you had it in the previous missions then it is because of the save game bug.

Go to the main menu and click Restart mission and play from the start of the mission. If there is no 9mm Silenced again load the autosave and when the cutsence plays click Missions and select Hidden Valley. If there is no 9mm Silenced again then load the last save of the previous mission Tracking Haymoto and play.

XCom and BeagleBoy thanks for your help. You were right there is no other gear for this mission other than the crossbow. I was confused about the briefing and I also didn't realize that I needed to "exit" the snow mission to get to the castle.

I finished the game this afternoon. Now its on to Splinter Cell. I hope its got an SP12 shotgun. Love that weapon.
