This is one of my last bonus missions to complete to reach
FIELD MARSHAL any Tactics how to complete this mission
Please include screenshots if possible.

Bonus missions do not count for your rank, the only thing you get for them is a medal.

Which doesn't seem to mean anything in the game.

You get a medal, be happy, real soldiers are happy when they get 1 too.
