return to main menu

i got this error after i defeated barret and took the chopper the game just return to main menu ?:mad2: this thing is driving me crazy
i got the save files from my friend but my game cant read it it just crashes
any way do you know a solution to that error (the main menu error)

lol the new pirated disk i download works great ,any one who has a problem shouldnt ask some ignorant fools
