Hi! Got this game yesterday so I am totally new.

Are there supposed to be a HUD? If not, how do you know when you run out of ammo/health?

Is there a patch for PC and where can I download it then?

If you've just fired up the game, the lack of HUD is by design. You need to continue playing for a while... ;)

Depends. Some people's rigs have worked fine with the game, and some have not. It's a mystery really.

I would suggest you play without a patch and see how it goes. If you find the game is crashing or stuttering etc, then apply the patch.
