Is there any way to modify the game to play with the digital directional? I don't want to modify any configuration of the controller on Windows. With the analog stick without configuring a dead-zone it is impossible to play (in reality, Raziel moves automatically without dead-zone configured on the controller :p).

For anyone who finds similar problems, just use Xpadder (http://xpadder.com/) (version 5.3 is freeware), and set the controls to keyboard in Soul Reaver. Works perfectly this way.

I'm glad you were able to solve your problems, sephiroth0. I had to remove your link, however, as that's not exactly a trusted site. Please be mindful of the links you post. Xpadder has an official page with no spam and such that's much better to share. I've replaced that in your post.

But on Xpadder site, there's not the freeware version anymore. And Baixaki is a brazilian site just like Cnet's Download.com and others.

Well we guess that's too bad, then.
My advice to you on the matter is to heed The Hylden's advice before you find yourself in trouble for not adhering to our TOU (http://forums.eidosgames.com/announcement.php?f=22&a=50).
Thanks and happy posting! :)

I read again, and found nothing wrong about the link.
Is it illegal the old version of Xpadder? Really I don't know what was wrong.
It was because of third-party advertisement on Baixaki?

Yes, it's due to third-party adverts (some drop down box options there on the main site, also).
Here's the thing: we don't even allow C-Net links. Usually, even "trusted" sites where you can download freeware have advertisements and links to stuff that's either straight-up piracy, or for products and services that are everything from clean you PC, web players, to dating websites... We can't, by way of these links, bring that type of advertisement/potential illegal risk here.
I am not saying that you are willfully trying to do anything but provide a place where people who may have this problem might be able to download this software, but unfortunately, providing the actual link cannot be allowed. People are free to make up their own minds and to search this stuff out on their own, and what you have there in parenthesis, labeling what the freeware version is, should be enough for them to google and find the info on it, should they choose to do so.
If you have any further questions about this, sephiroth0, please feel free to contact me, or Umah Bloodomen, via private channels (a pm from your profile), not here, as this matter is closed.
Thanks for understanding.
