Safety Tip: SaveAs run.mis before ALT-G

I do this everytime I go into game mode now:

After portalising etc, I save the mission under the usual incrementing filename, and then I save it as run.mis, so that even if things go really screwy while in game mode, DromED will trash run.mis and not the 'proper' mission file.

Perhaps I'm just paranoid.

DromEd saves the mission after portalization, as p_portal.cow. I've used that to recover from a program crash a couple times. There's probably a higher chance of having a corrupt save with that file, however, so your method is probably still a good idea :D

Several people had warned me that the file who's filename is displayed at the bottom left of DromED might become corrupted, for instance if you go into game mode with a room brush selected.
