The Impersonator! he was and is my most played TS character i was so pleased when i unlocked him i played 3 deathmatches with him in his honour. :D

Go to the block of toilets and wait just outside the one with 2xShotguns in it, facing the entrance. All you have to do is blow them away as they walk in the door - they have this tendancy to shoot before they face you.

I'm having real troubles with sniping those melons to get Lola.

All you have to do is wait until they get onto a staightaway and line up your shot about a second before they get there then you can take it out easy. just don't hit the monkey, and I know its so tempting. :)

"Site" is a multiplayer level. It's the one that you play "Golom Guru" on. You get it by defeating the Story mode on hard.

Oy Vey, how did i do that?...If i remember correctly you unlock paintball cheat by either 1) getting at least a bronze in all Arcade levels, 2) getting at least a bronze in all Challenge levels, or 3) getting at least bronze in all Challenge and Arcade levels...I don't remember which, but i want to say that it's #1. Hope that helps

Edit: OK, after doing a little bit of research i found the answer. According to Y2Chris99 and Serpentine23 in this (http://forums.eidosgames.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8520) thread you get paintball mode by beating every Challenge level with at least a bronze (#2). And it was by using their info that i did it myself, so i hope that helped you.

This is actually my first post here, haven't had anything to say.

Anyway, I just unlocked the paintball and I was rather disappointed because the paint didn't stick on the characters: but that's besides the point.

I'm stuck on this arcade league with the, guess what: handymen. Now tell me: is it humanly possible to kill forty hands in that amount of time? I guess it is, since escaping those zombies and collecting all the bananas seemes an impossibility too until I actually managed to beat it. But I need advice - The maximum I can "handle" is 34 hands before the time runs out.

I don't really care about unlocking the Handyman as a playable character but what I do want is the "Chasm" level, and I want to move on to the Elite League. So does anyone have any tactics for getting whatever it takes to get Chasm? I can't even manage a bronze so far. Please don't tell me to keep trying, I have tried. I need some kind of tactic.

What I usually do is go to a room which looks like a kind of throne room where there's a tommygun x 2 and I just stand there and wait for them hands to come and shoot them down in the doorway. It works, but not for long - all those hands shooting at me eventually proves to be too much and when I die I can't find my way back to the "throne room" and so on. Any help would be appreciated.

I have completed everything in the arcade league with gold or platinum :D and no real problems up until the handmen level. :(

This level seems to come up as a problem time and time again. The answer that seems to help the most people is to camp out at or near the club entrance with the dual tommies and wait for the handymen to come to you. I prefer to grab the double tommies, run back into the hallway, and into the glass booth on the left. There is a health and when ducked back there, the handymen try to shoot you through the glass and manage to hit below the window, thus you can shoot them in the head without any problems.

I'm new to the TS2 forum, and I've had had the game about 2 months now. I just came across this place a couple days ago.
I've only beaten the story mode on Easy so far (and that was on co-operative, even though my friend did jack), and I'm stuck on the handmen level as well.
I play arcade custom 99% of the time, but lately I've become interested in getting things unlocked. I'm not much of a hardcore gamer- I make no claim to being particularily skilled. I've only got 36.3% completed, and I haven't tried story mode on normal or hard. I'm too lazy to try and beat it again alone (right now).
So there's an introduction, more or less :rolleyes:

Here's a question, and forgive me if it's already been asked since I haven't read many of the posts here:
In the arcade league level with the Duckman Drake character, I can't get more than bronze- and I really would like to get that character. Does anyone have any advice for how to get silver?

get in the showers and wait for them they come in large groups

I've found that for the duckman drake level, the best thing to do is stand right outside the toilet that has the shotgun (x2). Then as soon as they come in the doorway, end their miserable lives. That location and tactic should easily get you a gold. You will probably want to explore the hospital in multiplayer so that you can know where the bathrooms are when you need them.

those all warrant golds, and i know with all of them you can get it with less.

how many points do you need to get the platinum in the first zombie challange? I'm trying to replenish all of my golds with plats and I cant get one on that level... to get slow-mo deaths you need a gold on Golden Thighs or Killer Queen, whichever is the jungle queen one at the dam. this is done pretty easy just by restarting until you spawn on top of the buildings, and then grab the soviets. next run to the locked door leading into the dam. face the stairs and blow her up whenever she comes down them.

all i need to do is get a gold on: r109 bets(silver), superfly lady(silver), and those 3 ****in bannana chomp challenges. those suck SO bad. got a broze on the first one and cant even get nothin on the 2nd. also im about half way thru normal and done easy. got 50 arcade awards need 7 more...that brutality award will take forever and i cant seem to get bagman. i held it for 10 mins never died once and still didnt get it. -.- and i cant get that 'cartographer?' one, the ledge hopper one, or the marksmenship one.

To unlock slo-mo deaths you should't not get gold on Golden thighs (not sure of spelling) the thing that is needed to be done is to get gold in the: Arcade/Elite/Bags Of Fun level. If you did right you should have unlocked 2 new cheats: BIG HANDS AND SLO_MO DEATHS. :D :D :D :D

Galiant: My stradegy for the Handyman level was to get the tommygun 2x, and back myself into a corner and blast all the handymans that approach you. There is a room in the club with 3 windows, if you break them and jump out you will find a tommygun 2x. When I found that I would just blast them from the window. The best I've got on this level is Silver.

Also I haven't figured out what insomnia is. Can someone tell me? I have 10 hours of it.

I was lookign at a arcade awards walkthrought at gamefaqs.com and it says there is a award called 'marksmanship' but it dosnt really give u any walkthorught on how to get it, is this award real and if so does anyone know how to get it.

Cartridges:
Their just little bonus games you can collect and play. The third "RetroRacer" is in Robotfactory on hard. If you want to play them: If you have collected one, Start any story level and select your uplink to use. Then you can select your game and play it.

Anyone got any brilliant stradigies for "Where did the batteries Go" and "Nice Threads" I no there real hard. The farthest set I've unlocked in challenge is TS story classic. What do I need to get the further ones? I haven't beat the last Behead the Undead, 2 of 3 on the Bannana Chomp, and I only also beat one on TS story classic ( Got platinum on it too)

Well, ive managed to complete TS2 100% & unlocked everything. If you need help on the robot factory on hard, then be sneaky like i did. Dont use weapons to kill the robots (except at the beginning). Let the enemies see you, and lead them (especially the big ones) to that room at the beginning with the laser scanner. Set it to defence mode, and hide round the corner where the control for the laser is. Wait, and watch as all the enemies are wiped out as they come for you. This doesnt work for those walking turrets though (anyone else hate those blasted things?). For them, use those remote controlled railbots to shoot them. Works everytime! Then, you can confidently take on the Machinist with near full health and ammo!

Oh, i almost forgot. does anyone know what the AC-10 award is for? what does mean!

I think it means trying to collect armor when it's already full.

SEBASTIAN, for "Were do the batteries go?", you have to go down into the complex, to the very bottom to grab a disc. The best way to do this is by first using the plasma autorifle, and just NAIl anything that gets in your way. Just run down, and kill whatever gets in your way, utilising cover if you must. When you come across the walking turrets, slap a plasma mine on ther head (on the grey bit) which, with a bit of luck, kills them in one. Proceed down and in the big grey room, IMMEDIATELY turn left to avoid the sentry gun. Fire sraight away to kill a robot weilding a minigun. Grab this, but DONT use it yet. Across the hall into a doo, opposite to the one you enered the room from. Dont forget to shoot the sentry gun (its on the roof). Carry on through the corridor until you see a sign saying control room. Go into the control room (its up the two sets of stairs and on the right) and kill whatevers there. Grab the homing launcher. Proceed back out of th contol room and down the stairs and go left, to the reactor cor. Go into the little outpost thing on you left, whip out the minigun and set it to spin round. KILL EVERYTHING. (Try and conserve ammo though.). Go out of the outpost thing and go right. A lot of robots will appear. Use the minigun to splatter their greasy parts all over the floor, and continue on. Go straight (slapping a plasma mine onto the walking turret as you go) and grab the white square thing. Now equip the minigun and set it to rotate. Now RUN back to the start (where you started the level) and kill anything that obstucts you. With a little luck, you should make it to the portal in one piece.

Now for "Nice Threads". To start off, grab whatever weapons you can and go to the LEFT hand side of the scapyard, hugging the wall. This way, you avoid most of the laser fire. Up in the left corner is a laser senry. Fire a plasma mine at it to destoy it. When it is, hug the wall all the way to the entrance. Kill the bots there. The door in front of you should be closed. Go up to it and let it open. As it does fire off a plasma mine and sidestep. This destroys the two laser sentrys. Proceed trough and go up the ramp to the upper level. Turn round and destroy the grenade sentry with yet another plasma mine. Turn round and go down the corridor, collecting the homing launcher. Now youve established yourself a base, the key thing to do is to do a series of suicide runs. Go down the lower corridor to that laser sentry in the wall recess. Fire off 3 homing rockets at once in close proximity to the sentry. This will destroy it and kill you. Continue this process untill all senrys are dead. Remember to let Leo go first so he absorbs most of the fire and kills of a fair bit of resistance. Follow the same procedure as for "where do the batteries go", and the end of the level is in the control room. This isnt too hard, but may take a few attempts (it did for me! :D )

I have a question:is it possible to unlock the two silenced Lugers ? how ?

concerning the challenge in wich you have to "kill" (yes,I know:D ) the zombies using a shotgun in the level with the crates,being the character dressed in yellow (kallos' handman),what score do you have to make in order to have the Platinum Award ?

I've made over 100 000 points,and all I have is Gold...:confused:

I heard it is 145000, but it could also be 170000.

Get some PERFECTS too. Waves 1 - 10 are easy for this.
If you're able to get 145000 you can get 170000 without problems. At least I could:cool:

In the Men in Grey challenge, I have gotten my ass handed to me, repeatedly, by a bot, named the Consultant.

I haven't seen any mention anywhere else of him.

Is he a playable character? Has anyone figured out how to unlock him?

I have about 3,000 for limbs detatched, nothing.

There seem to be several characters that you can't unlock. There are some people on Neo Tokyo (I still think I'm spelling that hopelessly wrong), the two men are the lawyer and accountant wearing different clothes, and the two women I have no idea, one look a tiny bit like Sedako (Sudako, Sadako, whatever) with no scar. The other one looks totally different. From a distance it looks like Jo-Beth Casey, but I looked closer and its an entirly different face.

I'll try and see if I can get close enough to see this consultant guy.... CHAAAAAAAARGE!!!!!

What do you get for beating the game on hard mode? I'm at NeoTokyo now (stupid frikkn riot squad...) Is it anything diffrent that for beating the game on normal?

A cartridge is a game pak. You know. Like the NES, SNES, and Sega Genisis games. There are three hidden in TS2. Andaconda, Astrolander, and Retroracer. They can be played on your Temporal Uplink by pressing triangle (Ps2 version) Not sure which other buttons for other systems.

Naah, you don't need Krupps at all. He's just in your way.
Take the lasergun, use the B-function = lasershield as protection against the red lasers and run straight to the entrance, although you won't make it 9 times out of 10. Take the bodyarmour on your left. When there's no red lasers, put off the lasershield or you'll run out of juice before the finish. And you DO need the shield in the last meters before the finish.

You Need The Lasergun for going down to the cooling towers and at the start if you've got it and made it to the cooling towers first time and die at least twice then you keep carrying on from there but before then if you die first time and loose the Lasergun restart.

Good question Zockas. I lost all of my data a little while back and had to redo this one. The homing launcher is the best bet, but if you're quick on the draw, the regular rocket launcher will work. I grabbed one of those and went to the other side of the trailer (the one with the doorway) and close to the far wall. Then when the Golem came in view i just blasted him while weaving. The key has been to keep moving. Someone else at one point said that if you keep getting the healths and armors so that the golem can't you will find it much easier to destroy him. I got platinum by not getting killed at all by using these tips. Basically, just don't give up... that or just take a break for a week and come back to it when you aren't as frustrated with it.

It's all about being quick.

At the start, Go left and around the container, grab the Soviet from under the turret and fire a grenade over at the other turret. Then, go backwards and fire a grenade at the turret you were just under. (If I don't get them quickly, I just restart).

Go back around the container from the right, come out and fire a grenade at the third turret, to the North of your position.

The next two turrets are on either side of the garage door leading to the next area. Toss a few grenades at them, then fire a few up above the garage door and make your way for the garage door.

Once inside the garage door, run for the rear of the turret on top of the box, but keep clear of the path of the conveyor belt turret. Chuck a grenade over at the turret by the conveyor belts, then shoot the top of the turret on the box until it explodes.

Grab the Armor, toss a grenade over to the turret on the ground and run towards it.

Shoot the two ceiling-mounted turrets from behind, then make your way up the stairs.

Run for the Armor that's behind the crate in the corner, then rush over and hit the button to the Hangar.

It's best to die up here after hitting the switch, (if possible), that way you'll start from the third objective's starting point.

Stock up on grenades with the Soviet pick-up, then chuck grenades at the turrets on either side of the plane tires and the barrell in the middle. The last barrell is near the plane's front tire.

You should be able to get a Gold with this strategy.

This one's pretty easy once you figure out the pattern. ;)

Work your way up to the balcony where the shotgun spawns and camp here happily until most of the characters have been infected. Stand with your back to the ledge so you can keep an eye on the door where you came in. You can stay there quite happily until someone finds you. Once they do, hop off the ledge and run through the door to the left and down the hall to the smaller of the two big rooms. Head past it to the operating room, run up the stairs and through the door there. A quick sprint though the room with all the beds, and you're back on the balcony again.
Never mind shooting bots unless you have to. It's much faster to outrun them.

Lather, rinse and repeat your way to a Gold/Platinum. :cool:
