Texture flicker?

Hey guys. When I got into Derelict Row on the PC, I looked at the ground and noticed that it flickered and looked bad.

Here's a screenshot of it.

I never noticed this before (granted, I just got there today) but I don't know the cause, obviously. The only thing I did was download the No Logo file for this game but I dunno if that could affect the ground texture.

Specs are:

nVidia 8800GTX
Dual Core 36750@ 2.66ghz
Windows XP
3gb RAM
500gb HDD

Any ideas? I have the latest drivers too.

EDIT: Should also mention that it flickers whenever I look around.

Did you remove the No Logo file to see if it *may* have been the issue? Also, I would make sure your video drivers are up to date. What in-game video settings are you using?
